1 - INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will meet to discuss your GOALS, TIMELINE, current MARKET CONDITIONS, and address ANY QUESTIONS you may have.

2 - PRICING YOUR HOME

We will conduct a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine a competitive and accurate listing price, helping you sell your house quickly and for top dollar.

3 - PREPARING YOUR HOME

Declutter, clean, and make necessary repairs to highlight your home's best features and appeal. If needed, we can consider staging to maximize its presentation.

4 - PROFESSIONAL MEDIA

We will create an attractive listing with high-quality photos, videos, 3D virtual tours, drone footage, a compelling description and a Zillow Showcase to ensure your property stands out and attract more buyers.

5 - MARKETING

Online marketing, Social media, property brochures and website, postcards and Zillow Showcase. With Zillow showcase, we can significantly elevate your home's visibility, giving it a competitive edge over other listings.

6 - SHOWINGS

We will start scheduling private showings and conducting open houses to showcase your home. We'll also ensure that your home is always clean and presentable for every showing.

7 - OFFER & NEGOTIATIONS

We will review all incoming offers together, considering terms and conditions beyond just the price. We will negotiate the best possible deal, balancing price, contingencies, and other factors.

8 - INSPECTION, APPRAISAL & REPAIRS

I will work with the buyer's agent to coordinate and schedule an inspection & appraisal. These are both ordered by the buyer. Likely some small repairs will need to be made after inspections.

9 - CLOSING THE DEAL

We will finalize the sale by signing the necessary documents, completing any agreed-upon repairs, and coordinating the final walk-through and closing date.
